We run this job out of Charlotte, about 14 miles from Indian Trail, so we're not sitting on a truck around the corner - but off-track doors are common enough on this route that we handle them on a scheduled basis, not as a same-day scramble. Call and tell us the door is off the track: whether it's hanging at an angle, jammed halfway, or the panel has popped a roller out of the channel. We'll ask when the house was built, if you know it, because on this side of town that usually means 2004 or close to it, and that tells us which hardware we're likely dealing with before the truck leaves. If you can safely disconnect the opener and leave the door where it sits, do that - don't force it up or down on a bent track. For general info on what we cover in Indian Trail, see our area page; for the off-track job itself as we run it out of Charlotte, that's covered on our main service page.
